1) to help the citizens of Ukraine that suffer from the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, particularly:
service members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
army conscripts;
law enforcement officers;
members of voluntary legitimate military formations;
soldiers of territorial defense, other formations (hereinafter — service members), and members of their families;
citizens who, as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and related events and consequences, have suffered damage to health, damage or destruction of their property, lost relatives or friends;
2) proper provision of service members who are in the combat zone or are preparing to be sent to the specified areas with military equipment, the use of which is allowed on the territory of Ukraine, means of protection, clothing, necessary food and non-food goods, others;
3) ensuring the provision of quality medical and psychological assistance to citizens affected by hostilities;
4) assistance in the physical, psychological rehabilitation, and adaptation of service members who have been or are in areas of hostilities;
5) providing informational, material, psychological, and medical assistance to internally displaced persons from the areas of hostilities, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, and other dangerous regions of the country;
6) carrying out work on attracting foreign sponsors, individuals, and legal entities to provide charitable assistance to service members and other citizens who are or have been injured in the areas of hostilities, internally displaced persons from dangerous regions of the country, other persons in need of such assistance;
7) cooperation with domestic and foreign charitable organizations and sponsors for the realization of the Fund's goals;
8) assistance in financing the treatment of victims of hostilities in domestic and foreign medical institutions, help in providing these persons with the necessary drugs, medicines, and medical supplies;
9) assistance in providing material support to persons whose property has been damaged or destroyed in the course of hostilities, including by providing temporary accommodation, assistance with basic necessities, assistance in the restoration of damaged housing and property, etc.;
10) assistance in providing financial and psychological support to members of the families of service members killed or injured as a result of hostilities;
11) participation in the organization of health-improving activities, especially for children and adolescents who have left the areas of hostilities and the temporarily occupied territories of the country;
12) participation in attracting non-repayable financial / material / humanitarian aid, including in the form of grants, both from individuals and from legal entities - private / budget organizations, as well as from budgets of all levels;
13) participation in attracting non-repayable financial / material / humanitarian aid, including in the form of grants, from foreign citizens, private / budget organizations, and governmental and non-governmental structures;
14) facilitation in providing legal assistance to the above persons, including in the form of free legal consultations, preparation of documents, representation of interests in courts, public authorities, etc.;
15) providing charitable assistance to low-income groups, large families, and single parents, promoting the protection of motherhood and childhood;
16) providing charitable assistance to persons in need of social protection, orphans and children deprived of parental rights, children with disabilities, talented youth, and other recipients of charitable assistance, promoting social rehabilitation of the low-income, unemployed, disabled, other persons in need of care, as well as providing assistance to persons who, due to their physical or other disabilities, are restricted in exercising their rights and legitimate interests;
17) providing charitable assistance to pensioners and the elderly;
18) charitable support in the implementation of scientific, educational, health, and cultural programs;
19) assistance in organizing and conducting charity events;
20) organization and holding of cultural and sports events;
21) promoting the development of science and education;
22) assistance in holding conferences, seminars, meetings, exhibitions, competitions, holidays, as well as other mass events on health and culture of natural education, science, culture, and education;
23) promoting the spiritual development of Ukrainians, popularizing art and spreading access to the heritage of Ukrainian and world culture and art, the development of artistic creativity;
24) providing charitable assistance to animals, implementing educational, informational, medical, legal, and other assistance in the field of protection, treatment, care, and attitude to animals;
25) providing charitable assistance to women and men who have suffered as a result of domestic violence;
26) implementation of all other tasks that will meet the objectives of the establishment and operation of the Fund.
